South Wharf wears Higgins distinctive stamp of quality as alongside the commercial tower and residential area project is the massive 20-storey Hilton Hotel project that has given Melbourne yet another string to its high-end hospitality bow.
This deluxe facility is the only hotel adjoining the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and kept the Higgins team with Site Foreman Steve Micallef especially busy painting the interior of almost 400 rooms including wallpapering the corridors.
Views of Port Phillip bay and the CBD skyline are a feature of Melbourne’s 3rd Hilton Hotel constructed by Brookfield Multiplex that also includes retail and restaurant spaces, three podium levels and destination bar featuring a 25-metre walk-in wine cellar suspended from the ceiling
