Restoring Perth’s Heritage Pride

Higgins Coatings honed their heritage restoration skills recently at Perth’s 140 William Street helping to revitalize a neglected series of buildings in the CBD that are being transformed as part of a landmark mixed use project.

Incorporating newly-constructed linked office towers reaching 21 stories, this significant 4.5 star ABRG rating project saw the Higgins crew assigned to the challenging task of addressing four early-20^th Century buildings and restoring them to their former glory for use as boutique shops and office spaces.

Painstaking exterior and interior works to the Globe Hotel, Baird’s, Mitchell and Wellington Buildings focused on original timber and stone finishes. The standard of work was absolutely outstanding and word on William Street is that it is sure to be a winner!
