The Rocks has undergone significant change over the years and Service Painting is playing our part at 25 Hickson Road ensuring Sydney’s renowned harbourside precinct retains its heritage integrity for all to enjoy.

Once a maritime hub now a tourist mecca, this historic area at the foot of the CBD including The Rocks, Walsh Bay and Millers Point is a showcase of Sydney’s rich past and the former bond store at 25 Hickson Road is a well preserved example.

Service Painting completed a major repaint in early-2008 as part of a 7-year painting and maintenance program recently renewed to ensure high quality continuity on this striking brick and sandstone building managed by Colliers International that today operates as a modern office complex.

The sensitive nature of the precinct required Service Painting to utilize an abseiling solution in addressing the building’s multi-level exterior with OH&S the number one priority so as not to affect the lively tourist and business activity below.
